Objetivos

Este curso está diseñado para capacitar a los profesionales de recepción en hoteles, brindándoles las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para ofrecer un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes desde el momento en que ingresan al hotel hasta su salida.

A lo largo del programa, los participantes aprenderán los fundamentos de la recepción, técnicas de comunicación efectiva, gestión de reservas, manejo de quejas y resolución de problemas, todo ello con el objetivo de proporcionar una experiencia memorable y satisfactoria a los clientes.

2. Procesos Esenciales de Recepción.

3. Gestión de Reservas y Tecnologías.

4. Manejo de Quejas y Resolución de Conflictos.

5. Ética, Confidencialidad y Protección de datos en la Recepción.

6. Técnicas de Comunicación Efectiva.

7. Simulación de reservas y aplicación de TIC en la gestión hotelera.

The tutorial action aims to address the information and guidance needs of new students, their challenges in tackling academic tasks, the difficulties in navigating educational paths, and the lack of information about career opportunities.

Its main objectives are:

  • Personal guidance: personality development, motivation, creativity, and effort.
  • Academic guidance: time planning and management, study techniques and habits, curricular paths.
  • Career guidance: career opportunities, postgraduate education.
