Invited and Contributed Papers

To allow the selection, one page abstract is required. Abstracts of all presentations will be available on the Web-page before the Workshop, will be published in a booklet and will be handed out at the beginning of the Workshop. Guidelines for abstracts are placed on this web page.

Speakers of general lectures are requested to submit an article of up to 10 A4 - pages and speakers of topical lectures are requested to submit an article of up to 6 A4 - pages at the start of the workshop. Selected posters can also be published in format up to 6 A4 - pages. Authors of selected posters will be informed by the Organizing Committee. The Workshop proceedings will be refereed and published as a book or CD-ROM after the Workshop. The LOC will send the proceedings to all registered participants immediately after publishing. For publishing an article in the proceedings it is necessary that at least one of the authors is registered and participates. Guidelines for papers are given on this web page

Text of one-page abstracts prepared for direct reproduction should fit in the 115x170 mm frame (for the European A4 paper size it means top and left margins should be 1.5 cm, right margin 8 cm, and bottom margin, 11 cm). The sample text in the template fills the mentioned frame completely.

 Abstract Submission

 One-page abstracts should be submitted electronically by e-mail. Please send a file of the Abstract as attached file to e-mail:  [email protected] .

Guidelines for Papers

Papers should be prepared in Word or RTF formats for Windows up to Windows 8, or PDF format. No papers prepared in Word for Macintosh is available. The size of the paper should not exceed 10 pages for general lectures, 6 pages for topical lectures and selected poster presentations. The authors are asked to use the Microsoft Word template and to follow the guidelines described in it.

Papers prepared for direct reproduction should fit in the 180x260 mm frame (for the European A4 paper size it means left and right margins should be 1.5 cm, top margin 2 cm and bottom margin 1.7 cm). The sample text in the template fills the mentioned frame completely.

 Paper submission

Papers (text with positioned figures, pictures and formulas) should be prepared in the electronic form (in Word or RTF formats for Windows, or in PDF format) and should be transferred to the Organizing Committee at the beginning of the Workshop or via e-mail:  [email protected] at 7th September. The book of Proceedings will be published after the Workshop.
